Landsend

Raining this morning before I set off but by the time I actually began it was fine and has stayed that way all day. A few slopes today but a BMX champ I met in Helmsdale has solved the mystery of where these big hills are. They are waiting to greet me for my first 10 miles tomorrow! They are though the last hills before John O'Groats which is good news.

Doesn't look like I shall make it to 1000 miles on this trip to John O'Groats as I've only another two days pedalling to go, but once I've been round the Orkneys and made it from the ferry to Inverness I should be approaching the 1000 mark.
