Cornwall is accustomed to the eccentricities of the end-to-enders. Steve's Truro landlady Ann Talbot, turned out her entire quota of guests to wave him off this morning - much to the puzzlement of two Spanish students who obediently trotted out to witness this spectacle whilst still clutching their breakfasts! This was a sequel to watching the transport of the trike into the back courtyard the night before - through the house! Coming into Launceston, over 900 miles from the northern most point of Scotland, Steve was greeted with 'Headed for John O'Groats are you?' |
