High spots

Bodmin Moor

delightfully named Polyphant

Low spots

Starting in the rain!

Cornwall is accustomed to the eccentricities of the end-to-enders.

Steve's Truro landlady Ann Talbot, turned out her entire quota of guests to wave him off this morning - much to the puzzlement of two Spanish students who obediently trotted out to witness this spectacle whilst still clutching their breakfasts!

This was a sequel to watching the transport of the trike into the back courtyard the night before - through the house!

Coming into Launceston, over 900 miles from the northern most point of Scotland, Steve was greeted with 'Headed for John O'Groats are you?'

Conditions

Wet start turning hot and dry!
