That's it - all over and I'm in a state of total disbelief that I've actually done it. I've gone the entire length of Great Britain in one continuous journey under my own steam. As I sit looking out to the Orkney Islands watching a passenger ferry in a moment of sunshine amid the rain, muffled in three layers to keep out the chill whilst most of the family elsewhere are basking in temperatures in the late 20s, it just doesn't seem possible.
