Fantastic to see the family again during the day - in both Whitchurch and Frodsham, but hard to say goodbye knowing I shan't see them again until I've completed the whole adventure. Great to be subjected to a bit of parental pampering too!
Longest day so far - partly unintentional due to Widnes throwing a spanner in the works, but survived it. Muscles and stamina continue to improve, although am beginning to look like a rather odd zebra with wide stripes of rust or suntan interspersed with equally wide patches of lily white skin!
