Trainers for individual courses will vary, but all are highly experienced, and led by Deena Ingham, a journalist of over 20 years standing who has presented for BBC Radio and Sky Television, and worked for Reuters and EuroChannel.

As a working journalist aware of the "media mind set" she provides clients with the skills and confidence to approach and handle media interviews effectively. To add value to training courses, Deena has qualified through City & Guilds to teach adult learners.

All other journalists involved in training on the course are BBC or ITN trained, as are many of the camera crews.
